AMBER GLOW CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves (3/4 cup) 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (or to taste) 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped Crackers (for serving)
Unwrap cream cheese and place on a serving dish.
In a small bowl, mix preserves, mustard, horseradish and red pepper until well blended. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with nuts.
Serve with crackers.
